We open with foundational Access Consciousness® tools — the clearing statement, what Bars are, and what to expect.

Learning the 32 points
Aradhana walks through all 32 Bars points — location, what they correspond to, and how to find them.

Give and receive a full session
Every participant both runs the Bars on a partner and receives a full session. This is where the learning becomes embodied.

Close & certification
We close with a group clearing and Q&A. You leave with your Access Bars Practitioner certificate, recognised globally.
